VILLAGE OF ANGLE FIRE

Angel Fire is a year-round resort community located approximately 152 miles northeast of Albuquerque, 90 miles northeast of Santa Fe, 60 miles north of Las Vegas, 25 miles east of Taos, and 80 miles west of Raton. Angel Fire was established in 1967 and was incorporated in 1986.

With a year-round population of 1048, Angel Fire is comprised of more than 7,000 residential lots and commercial tracts with over 6,000 property owners and more than 1,100 residential, commercial and multi-family structures. The majority of property owners are part-time residents who either rent their homes and condos during the tourism season or use them as vacation homes.

Angel Fire consists of a year-round resort, activities and attractions, an RV park, softball field, library, full-service grocery store, health clinic, fitness center, convenience store, three banks and three gasoline stations. An 11,300 square foot community center includes a multi-purpose area, commercial kitchen, classroom space and an outdoor playground, and a "Magic Bus" transit system provides year-round service to and from lodgers, attractions and businesses.

ANGLE FIRE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Angel Fire Chamber of Commerce is an organization dedicated to the economic health of the community through the promotion of year-round tourism and diversity among businesses in the area, with more than 240 members.
